Introduction to Yoga
A welcoming series to give students an idea of yoga's many benefits. It is designed to take the new student through the basics which emphasize correct body positioning and alignment to create greater body awareness, strength, flexibility, and increased mindfulness.
A Hatha Yoga series with precise instruction using props (chairs, blocks, belts, bolsters, mats, etc.). A rotating schedule throughout the month that includes standing, seated, and lying down poses, inversions, and back bending according to students individual abilities and development.
Hatha Yoga for Beginners & Level I
This welcoming series is for students who have had no previous experience. Here you will learn the basic foundation poses that will help improve posture, flexibility and focus, by exploring the body-mind connection. Active and restful poses will be combined in each class, giving you a taste of yoga's range.
Ageless Yoga (Gentle Yoga)
Designed for the older student although everyone is welcome. This series incorporates the basic yoga poses in a gentler, slower way, and includes several much loved, "Restoratives."
Yoga to Restore You (Gentle Yoga)
Designed for most everyone, with special emphasis on defeating stress and overwork. Increase flexibility and overall well-being.
